Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Include all original tags, accessories, and components
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@nimpyfit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the correct return address.
Do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For returns involving an unwanted, incorrectly selected, or non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels for non-defective returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Restocking Fee
Approved returns of non-defective products are subject to a 10% restocking fee, calculated based on the original product price.
The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
The restocking fee may be waived when the item received is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Different from the product ordered
- Missing parts or accessories
Please provide clear photos or videos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to product availability.
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@nimpyfit.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
The fastest way to receive a replacement may be to return the original product and place a new order after the return has been approved.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges involving non-defective products. Any price difference between the original and replacement product may also apply.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged products
- Products returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened or used
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items returned after the 14-day return period

Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
The following amounts may be deducted from your refund:
- The 10% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges, where applicable
- Any loss in value caused by use, damage, missing parts, or missing packaging
Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
